I have been interested in complementary therapy
for a long time, which is mainly due to my personal experience of the positive
effects holistic therapy can have on life and health. Having worked in the
stressful financial world of the City for many years, I recognise the need
to deal with everyday stress, and the aliments which are often caused by
our lifestyle.

 After having children and then being made redundant
I decided to embark on a career in holistic therapy. I am now an ITEC qualified
practitioner in Reflexology and as part of my training have also completed
a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. I am also qualified in Thermo Auricular
Therapy and further reflexology training in women’s health.

I am a registered member of Embody

I am fully insured and am bound by their strict codes of practice. I offer both a mobile service
and treatments in the comfort of my own home, whichever you prefer.

I specialise in womens health, in particular, sub
fertility, maternity, post natal care and the menopause.
