My interest in complementary therapy started over 20 years ago when through my own personal experience of using reflexology the positive effects holistic therapy can have on life and health. Having worked in the stressful financial world of the City for many years, I recognised the need to deal with everyday stress, and the aliments which are often caused by our lifestyle.
After having a family and then being made redundant I decided to embark on a career in holistic therapy. I qualified as an ITEC practitioner in Reflexology in 2005,
As as part of my training have I completed a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. I am also qualified in Thermo Auricular Therapy, Indian head massage and further reflexology training in women’s health.
I am a professional registered member of The Complementary Therapies Association (www.CTha.com), I am fully insured and am bound by their strict codes of practice. I work from my own home, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment for my clients, but also happy to discuss mobile visits which will incur an extra charge for time and travel costs.
I specialise in womens health, in particular, sub fertility, maternity, post natal care and the menopause.
I also offer a Wellness
Workplace service to offer employers an opportunity to offer their employers a
complementary therapy session incorporated into their working
day. Please to my Wellness in the
Workplace for more information.
